Simply log into your Charge Ready account via our online platform or mobile app. Use the geo-location feature to pinpoint your location, and a technician will be dispatched to assist you. You can track their ETA directly in the app.
We serve the greater Seattle area within a 50-mile radius of downtown Seattle. Our service area includes cities like
Bellevue, Redmond, Kirkland, Renton, Lynnwood, and parts of Tacoma and Everett.
Each Charge Ready membership includes two emergency service calls per year. If you require additional service beyond
your two included calls, you can still request assistance, but it will incur an extra fee.
Currently, our services are limited to the 50-mile radius around downtown Seattle. If you are outside this area, we
may not be able to dispatch a technician to your location. However, we are continually expanding, so stay tuned for
updates.
If you exceed the two service calls included in your membership, you can still request additional emergency services
at a discounted rate. You’ll be able to pay for this directly through your online portal.
Our goal is to dispatch a technician to your location within 30-60 minutes, depending on traffic and weather
conditions. You’ll be able to track their arrival in real time via our online platform or mobile app.
Our technicians are available within a 50-mile radius of downtown Seattle. If you are located outside of this area,
we won’t be able to provide service under your membership at this time.
No, the Charge Ready membership is intended for a single user and is tied to the account holder. Each membership
covers only one vehicle at a time.
Memberships automatically renew annually. You will be notified via email before your renewal date, and the
membership fee will be charged to the payment method on file. You can manage or cancel your membership through your
Charge Ready account.
We support all major electric vehicle brands, including Tesla, Nissan, Chevrolet, Ford, BMW, and more. If you’re
